I believe in the opportunity to draw on resources from beyond our humanity. These resources allow us to accept and love all parts of ourselves, to integrate the past, present, and future, and to maximize our flourishing right now.

I come alongside kids and adults to support their healing, growth, and thriving - physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and relationally. I draw from my background as a trauma therapist, using numerous energy psychology modalities, astrology, and kinesiology. My work can be done in person in my Wheat Ridge office, or remotely, anywhere in the world.
